I think the person who forked Functionality for the purpose of submitting
the pull request might be in a better position to take this over. According
to github he is
David Hampton (linuxdude42)
I just took the pull request patches which were minimal and applied those
to my downloaded copy of Functionality.zip.
What should happen in my opinion is that these patches should be done so
that Functionality could be added back into the batch of themes for v32.
