According to the README its based on the Mythbuntu 28.21 theme, which
itself is based upon the freely licensed MythTV Project Grayhem theme.
I  don't see a specific license statement in Functionality.

If licensing isn't a problem, I could fork it into the MythTV-Themes
account and maintain it there. (Especially if Ted L. is correct and the
author has passed away.)
