[mythtv-users] Unable to remove storage directories

I had a similar experience and ended up deleting each group.  The 
process was:

Access mythbackend setup > put focus on Storage Directories > Put the 
focus on a the group  to delete (i.e. 'Db Backups' Storage Group 
Directories) > press M for menu > Put the focus on Delete > press enter 
and confirm.

I deleted each of the group directories and re-created them.
