I received the following response from Hauppauge techsupport regarding this,

"The board is not supported on those Xeon Supermicro motherboards. 

We had discussions with Supermicro a couple of years ago about this and the
simple conclusion was that the card would need a physical modification to
make it work. 

I'm sorry but there is no fix.
