Following up on my previous message.  I was watching a show last night, in
the U.S., using cc708 captions (or it could have been cc608 captions, as
it's often hard to tell them apart visually).  Two words with special
characters showed up:  (bonus points for figuring out what show I was
watching :)  )
  DéTENTE
  FIANCéE
but the "é" character was drawn as some crazy other character.  I don't
remember seeing a consistent error like that in years.  Since I just
upgraded my systems to Qt5 a few weeks ago, I'm guessing that some Qt
default has changed, and it may affect the Swedish teletext as well.  I'll
look into this more over the weekend.
