Is this on all Stations? I have the same card and comcast cable and had
this exact same issue. Turns out comcast had a filter on my line that
blocked certain channels. This smacks of a comcast issue and their is a
special number to call at comcast for help on this. I bet comcast is
either blocking stations or filtering in some way or the card was
misconfigured by them.
