Not at the moment.  The RSS part is generic and does not perform any post processing like the grabber scripts do.  But maybe you could extend the YouTube grabber to support a user preference file where you can add custom feeds?  For example the BBC iPlayer grabber has that functionality, https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Bbciplayer.py#Adding_specific_RSS_feeds .
