[mythtv-users] el7 kernel update lost my tuners

I was beginning to think my el7 mythbox was settling down - but after 
installing 3.10.0-123.13.1 today all my upcoming recordings were shown 
as disabled.  3.10.0-123.9.3 was, and still appears to be, working fine.

I also have 3.18.0-1 from elrepo; that doesn't see the Philips PCI 
adapter at all, but it might work with my pctv-290e.
