[mythtv-users] Frontend changes resolution

That was the cause. "separate video modes"  was selected and width x 
height was set to 0 x 0.
I have no recollection of changing those settings but the database 
started it's life as 0.21

Thank you for the suggestion. It was driving me nuts.
