Thanks for the info Scott.  I'm more than happy to stay with .24.3. My 
only thought was if I'm going to go through the process of building a 
new machine I figured I would get it as up to date as possible.  With 2 
little kids I tend to take the "dont fix what isn't broke" method.  You 
would be surprised how mad a 4 and 7 year old can get when you take away 
their videos :)

At this point I'm thinking I'm going to go to 6.3, but stick with the 
.24 version. I'm not as worried about MySQL, but will definitely go read 
the release notes.
