At the moment there is not. The backend will only listen to the IP
address selected there. Further, while previous versions would listen
everywhere, that IP address was used for frontends to know where to
connect to, so it would not have worked previously. Hopefully for 0.26,
I plan to have that replaced with a multi-selector, to allow users to
define multiple IP addresses specifically for this purpose.
