I dont think the Video card can output Component at all. So this
adapter wont work. see not on product page:
2. Your Video Source Must Provide a YpbPr Component Video Signal form
the DVI-I Video Ports to Use Cable. Please consult with your VGA
card's user manual for more information.

AFAIK there is not way to output YpbPr out of the Ion boards. W/O a
add on video card.

Looking at close up shots of the Zotac DVI it seems to be of the DVI-I variety, which includes connectors for C1,C2,C3 (Red, Green
and Blue) component connections. Ref http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface The Zotac a108 manual is unhelpful,
simply describing it as "DVI" however it clearly is shown as a DVI-I socket. The analog connections may not be wired up, but given
the comprehensive nature of this board I expect they probably will be.

Given the NVIDIA chip is something like a NVIDIA 9400 (Zotac a108 manual says "GeForce 9xxx") and the wide NVIDIA driver coverage it
seems to me this board probably also does component out, possibly over both VGA and DVI-I. (I am not suggesting that it will over
HDMI, clearly not)

Problem is I am not that sure that I want to buy one to test this out! Anyone in a position to test this?
