I rip all my movies with AcidRip (Linux) and use several different tools 
to pull the subtitles.  One of my better tools is called ccextractor.  
http://ccextractor.sourceforge.net.

Once you have a .srt file, you can put it into the same directory as the 
movie and Myth will use them.
