I can see the relevance, its just when these not_quite_on_point
discussions go on so long they seem to swamp the list. No matter, it
_is_ interesting even if not _entirely_ myth related.

The BBC's funding is not advert related, its commercial free, and
trying to add ads to their online, as opposed to broadcast, content
would surely draw fire.

and if their online content was going overseas, the revenue they get
from selling broadcast rights into foreign markets would surely be
compromised.
Yes I have heard of people using US  proxies to access hulu (and UK
proxies for BBC's iPlayer), dunno with what success.
