I'm surprised that you have seq at 100% and can't get a viewable
channel. With my HDHR I always get a good picture if seq is 100 even if
the snq is at 60%. Have you tried using the hdhomerun_config_gui to
check the variations in signal. If I'm having problems with a signal it
usually shows the seq varying between 0 and100 which translates to lots
of pixelation and dropouts. Also it can be useful when realigning your
antennas.
