ATSC is limited to around 19mbps per channel, and QAM around 38mbps.  
Even with multirec, the most you will EVER see is somewhere around 
75mbps.  That's well below the level that any 10/100 equipment should be 
expected to function.  There is no bandwidth issue if the rest of your 
network is gigabit, as switched networks have no trouble handing devices 
at different speeds.

The HDHR functions no different than any other tuner card in mythtv.  
You record to disk, you play back from disk, and the two functions never 
meet.
