I switched from a Fusion HDTV 5 (PCI) to an HDHR and I would never go
back.  If I had more stations I wanted to record I'd get a second one in
a heartbeat.  The network thing isn't an issue at all.  Just be careful
that you don't have more than 2 (or 3 at the max) HD streams on any
given 100Mb link and you won't have any problems.

For me there was no downside at all switching to the HDHR.  The setup is
SUPER easy.  I can't recommend it enough!
