It's not ivtv, you have mismatched versions of the nVidia drivers
installed. Try uninstalling all the nVidia drivers, then deleting
any remaining nvidia files and then reinstalling the nvidia drivers.
Also, make sure you exit from Xorg and run:
  rmmod nvidia ; modprobe nvidia
after you have installed the new drivers (or reboot).
