[mythtv-users] Remote not working after 0.20 upgrade

I upgraded to 0.20 from 0.19 last weekend.  I compiled it myself
(using --enable-lirc) and myth no longer responds to my remote.  If I
run irw it shows that lirc is receiving the keypresses.  I didn't
change my lircrc file in the process but it contains entries like:

    prog = mythtv
    remote = replay_tv
    button = up
    repeat = 3
    config = Up
end
