I think so, I read the settings from 
http://www.lyngsat.com/hotbird.html, and I inserted a channel for test:
- RAI Uno, Freq 11766000, SR 2750000, Pol Vertical, Video 512, Audio 
650, Service ID 3401, Network ID 318, Transport ID 5200.
