yes, I can capture mpeg from video0 and video1... if I start mythbackend
then do the same captures: (cat /dev/video0 > v0.mpg) while the backend is
running (no frontends) I get a much larger file (10x) from /dev/video0 than
/dev/video1. It seems like there is only audio in the file I get from
/dev/video1. I have swapped the cards as well and get the same result. My
motherboard is an abit is7, intel 865 chipset. I get different behavior
under different kernels too. The log I shared was from 2.4.25 and when I do
PIP in 2.6.5, both the backend and frontend crash with no error.
