[mythtv-users] adding a 'shutdown button' to myth exit menu

Currently, when I ESC out of the GUI, I'm presented
with a question with two options:

Do you want to exit Mythtv?

Yes
No

I'd like to add a third option, 'Yes, and shutdown PC'

Can someone walk me through how I might add a button
to myth 0.13 that will allow me to exit and shutdown
the PC?  I have to warn you, I am a LINUX newbie.
