Ah, now it all makes perfect sense. Of course, I didn't bother looking 
at the actual lirc RC-5 file. I think I thought the file you'd attached 
(with the second section for those two buttons) *was* the actual lirc 
RC-5 file, so I never looked. Oops. I might have saved a little bit of 
time had I realized that, because yes, irrecord is rather tedious, but 
live and learn. Thanks for the clarification! ;-)
