[mythtv-users] nuvinfo tcprobe fps detection regex horked

Same fix needed in nuvinfo.pm. Why does nuvinfo not use the module going
by its very name?

Sorry, but I've just been a little frustrated getting some of this to
work, and was very close to writing my own script.
