[mythtv-users] nuvinfo tcprobe fps detection regex horked

I don't pretend to understand why the regex seems to be needlessly
complex, and I'm sure there's some black magic involved, but nuvinfo
cannot seem to get the fps detection right unless I make this change.

Please let me know if I'm fixing, or band-aiding the problem.
