AFAIK the order is defined by the order in which you created them in MythTV, 
so 'simply' delete your first entry and create a new tuner enter the old 
settings (also need to re-populate the EPG?).

You could also do some things manually to the database off coarse, but you 
should ask someone who knows the MythTV db layout.
