[mythtv-users] Any tips for using VNC with Myth?

I use vnc at work to do gui stuff on my box here at home. I can run
mythtv at work from here but I get about 1 frame every 2-3 seconds,
haha.. and no sound. 

So it's only good for adding something to the record list or some maint
type stuff.

I use the following command in a console in vnc to run mythtv from..
env N0_XV=1 mythfrontend
