As it turns out, Axel now has the MythTV 0.11 rpms posted, just as I 
was wrapping up my own... D'oh! There's also an updated xmltv on 
ATrpms.

As of the moment I write this, not quite everything is there yet, but 
should be imminently.

For those of you using apt, once everything is there, just:

# apt-get update && apt-get install xmltv mythtv-suite

to update everything.
