There is a 0.10 to 0.11 sql file for mythvideo.  (There is also one for
MythTV, but mythvideo has it's own update sql file.)  

Not sure where this is in the CVS checkout of mythtv but it was packaged
in the RPM's for RH9.  

I had the same issue you describe, but the sql update fixed it.
