[mythtv] Fribidi and compiling osdtypes.cpp

Taken a longer look at this and trying to take a couple of stabs at the
cause. As a non programmer (6502/Z80 assembler count?) I'm not sold on my
thinking but here goes, I can see that there is a check for Fribidi at line
2744 of configure, and that does a version check, mine returns 0.23 so
satisfies the criteria as being greater than 0.19 and automatically enables
support. There is no option to disable Fribidi support from the configure
command line, and I can not remove it without losing a chunk of packages. I
have read that there are fundemental differences in how Fribidi versions 1
and 2 operate, in that v2 requires constants, does this perhaps point to a
version mismatch on my machine then? I have reinstalled all of the Fribidi
packages including the dev packages.

If I should be posing this question on users then please feel free to tell
me, just that as it's trunk I'm not always sure of he right course.
