[mythtv] Fribidi and compiling osdtypes.cpp

With the latest trunk version an old ticket #4263 seems to have reared up on
my build, this could be due to a recent large update of PCLinuxOS but
otherwise the details are identical to that old ticket, failure to compile
osdtypes.cpp with "invalid conversion from ‘const char*’ to ‘char*’ ".

Because of the recent update of the OS, and I do have Fribidi installed but
only as a dependency of another package, and a lack of real knowledge I'm
loath to raise a ticket unless others can confirm an issue. I have worked
around this by purely deleting the offending section in osdtypes but thats
less than ideal.
