Thanks.  I guess galeon just doesn't have an option for this, and for 
some reason I never actually checked mozilla itself.

Yeah, I got something like this yesterday (originally from something in 
debian), it's all committed into mythweb cvs now, and actually seems to 
work.

Any translators who want to take a look at the code and fix your 
language name or charset, please do so.
