[mythtv] MythWeb (Kinda) Setting Languages in Mozilla

I noticed someone was having trouble setting language in Moz to test 
MythWeb translation/autodetect stuff.

Go to Preferences -> Navigator -> Languages.

I've got some PHP code that parses/prioritises this data successfully if 
it helps. It's used in my work code, but I'm sure I can hack it out for 
you it you want it?
