[mythtv] mythvideo

Actually mplayer if working fine if I dont start it trough mythvideo 
thats why I thought it might be a problem with mythvideo. I havent tried 
to run mplayer with the xv output standalone, but dxr3 works when 
running mplayer in standalone but not in mythvideo.
