[mythtv] mythvideo

I've got the same behavior. I can run mplayer from the command line, but
trying to run it from within mythvideo hangs mplayer. According to GDB,
it's waiting in ioctl() of all things... no idea why.

I'm using the same command line to run mplayer in both cases: mplayer -vm
-zoom -fs -quiet <foo>. Next test is to write a tiny program that simply
runs mplayer via a system() call.
