Megahertz is not a measure of the power of a processor, by any stretch of
the imagination. This is a myth that is largely perpetuated by Intel. The
TiVo uses a motorola processor *AND* they have an MPEG2 encoder built into
the motherboard. The architecture is simply much more efficient.
