Debian <https://wiki.debian.org/AutomaticDebugPackages> and Ubuntu 
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debug%20Symbol%20Packages> switch to automatic 
debug package build a long time ago, but it seems to be disabled for 
some reason in Lauchpad by enabling "noautodbgsym" in 
<https://launchpadlibrarian.net/603665524/buildlog_ubuntu-focal-amd64.mythtv_2%3A32.0+fixes.202205271908.98c82d515d~ubuntu20.04.1_BUILDING.txt.gz>

No idea why it is disabled there.

The idea is to remove that giant `mythtv-dbg` package and install the 
individual `$pkg-dbgsym` packages instead, which exist for any 
architecture dependent package.
