Something changed between 2022-04-23T18:37 and 2022-05-11T18:48 but 
https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/commits/fixes/32/mythtv/configure was 
last modified in February.

The change is in https://github.com/MythTV/packaging/commits/fixes/32 in 
particular 
https://github.com/MythTV/packaging/commit/eb5cdaa86ae70be784c70ba181ca8afd7cee044f 
from https://github.com/MythTV/packaging/pull/76
