You can try one of the initial frequencies mentioned in the Wiki
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Channel_Scanning#DVB-S2_Full_Scan_.28Tuned.29
The first frequency, 10714000kHz, plus the other tuning parameters, can be
selected from the mythtv-setup menu if you use mythtv version 32.
