I tried this tonight.

[root at c6 mythtv]# touch mark
[root at c6 mythtv]# /etc/init.d/mythbackend restart
Stopping mythbackend: [ OK ]
Starting mythbackend: [ OK ]
[root at c6 mythtv]#

Exit frontend>

I just noticed that you were suggesting checking the frontend logs -
but I don't have any frontend logs... is that a problem?

The two logs that were written after the restart -
mythlogserver.20190128052231.3146.log and
mythbackend.20190130040244.21812.log - are at
https://pastebin.com/sX29DXU3.

Let me know what else you'd like to see. I really appreciate the help
with this.

Darby
