In my 0.28-fixes and Master boxes the 2nd Info screen shows the 
'Recording Input' number for the recording selected in the 'Watch 
Recordings' screen.  Hit 'i' twice.  As Mike says, that probably won't 
be linked in perpetuity to a specific tuner, but it can be useful in the 
short term.
