Schedule Order determines the order of utilization of inputs for
recordings (and Live TV Order for Live TV), not channel priority. So,
where you have an input that can record from Source 2, set its Schedule
Order low (i.e. 1, 2, 3, ... until those inputs are done), then set the
order for inputs that can record from Source 4, then those for Source
3. Then, recordings with the highest (recording, not channel) priority
will be placed first, taking up the lowest-ordered input available, with
lower priority recordings being placed later and taking up
higher-ordered inputs.

Note the difference between priority (low = not important/last) and
order (low = first/most-preferred).
