Nigel and Simon's points are good. I worked for years in an advertising
agency. Punchy is good. Pros get paid a lot of money writing headlines
for ads.

So how do we summarize our point in once sentence? Remembering that this
first letter is directed at content providers (Fox) and network
providers (Comcast and Fios). We can do other letters later directed at
people like the FCC.

How about:

"I am writing because your increasing use of the digital CCI flag being
set to Copy Once will cause you to lose me as a viewer."

Everything else is explained: what CCI is, what Copy Freely is. But
isn't this statement the heart of the matter?
