FWIW, I'm pretty sure this is a reported bug*** that affects only US 
(probably actually ATSC?) EIT data, which never got much testing since 
it's generally bad quality in the first place and there's a 
much-better-quality alternative easily available.

*** And it's possible that the bug has been fixed, but I'm not sure.  If 
it was fixed, I have no idea in what version, primarily because I don't 
care to use tiny amounts of bad listings data with a luxury DVR, so I 
actually use Schedules Direct data rather than EIT listings, and I 
didn't pay attention to the ticket.
