I'll almost guarantee that mythweb issue was due to the need to
recompile php.  I first ran into that issue when I upgraded to MySQL
5.6 on my development machine, and the php mysqli stuff failed with
that "Headers and client library minor version mismatch" error until
php was recompiled.
