[mythtv-users] Script to disable unsubscribed channels (HDHomeRun Prime)

I wrote a little utility that grabs the lineup from an HDHomeRun
Prime's HTTP JSON API and compares it to the MythTV channel table. It
then disables any channels unknown to the Prime as well as any with
CCI copy protection. This pairs well with the new Schedules Direct
grabber which uses the "visible" column to control which channels to
download.
