Yes (well, as long as SD does not change their DNS name).  It was why I
originally recommended that as the preferred solution (only to be told it
was too complicated, and not necessary by SD; I guess they did not fully
understand the service AWS was providing to them at their current levels of
features purchased).  Note that some distros will be offering updated
revisions with the DNS name updated, so RPZ would indeed be overkill for
those.
