You have not really provided enough information to provide
an answer that anyone could have any confidence in
(although, I am sure some can throw some in your direction,
and who knows. the recent Wheel of Fortune experience
of "New Baby Buggy" demonstrates that even with just two
letters, occasionally one can make a great guess).

One important detail is whether this is a new installation,
which has never worked properly, or is this a recent change
in behavior (without you (knowingly) making any other
changes to your configuration).
