[mythtv-users] Channel icons not shown

I noticed a few posts about channel icons not showing. I have this 
problem (and others) since upgrading to 0.25. I get errors like this:

All the icon files exist in the location specified in the channel 
database table.

Typical icon file info:

dmoo1790 at dmoo1790-desktop:~/.mythtv/channels$ identify tv_one.png
tv_one.png PNG 107x35 107x35+0+0 8-bit DirectClass 4.74KiB 0.000u 0:00.000
dmoo1790 at dmoo1790-desktop:~/.mythtv/channels$ identify tv3.jpg

My system is a combined BE/FE. Ubuntu 10.04. Updated using mythbuntu repo.

Any ideas?
