[mythtv-users] Can't watch live TV with HDHomeRun Prime

I just received my HDHomeRun Prime. I think I have everything set up
correctly. I'm able to record scheduled programs, but I cannot watch live
TV. The screen just flashes for a moment and then returns to the menu. I'd
greatly appreciate any help. I have fixes/0.25 (v0.25-111-geb1d4a7)
installed. Also, it might be relevant to mention I have the latest beta
firmware installed on the HDHomeRun Prime (20120524beta1). Apparently it's
impossible to roll that back... :/ I've deleted and reconfigured the cards
and channel lineups half a dozen times. I have a regular dual tuner HDHR
that works just fine (and has for years).

Here is the relevant portion of the frontend log:

This issue is commonly caused by failing to complete all setup steps

Jun 2 01:06:44 mythbox mythbackend[22009]: I TVRecEvent tv_rec.cpp:1014
(HandleStateChange) TVRec(1): Changing from WatchingLiveTV to None

I think the key lies in the "Unknown tuner type" in the backend log, but
I'm not sure what to do about that.

thanks!
